Google Cloud revenue rose 82% year on year to $24.768 billion in the second quarter of 2026, according to Alphabet’s official results.
The cloud unit’s operating income increased from $2.826 billion to $8.814 billion. Google Cloud accounted for more than one-fifth of the group’s quarterly revenue.
Alphabet’s total revenue reached $119.796 billion, up 24% from a year earlier. Operating income increased 30% to $40.770 billion.
Net income climbed from $28.196 billion to $112.193 billion, but cloud services were not the main reason for the surge. Alphabet recorded $97.983 billion in other income, including a net $99.031 billion gain on debt and equity securities.
Google Services generated $94.540 billion in revenue, 15% more than a year earlier. Alphabet also said the Gemini app had reached 950 million monthly active users and that Gemini models were processing 22 billion API tokens per minute.
