Daytime temperatures in parts of Uzbekistan will rise to 41–42°C on August 12–13, according to UzHydromet’s weekly forecast.
Temperatures will reach 37–40°C during the day on the other days of the week. Overnight readings will generally range from 21°C to 26°C.
Slight to variable cloud is expected across the country, with mostly dry conditions. Brief rain and thunderstorms are possible in parts of Tashkent region on August 10 and in mountain areas on some days this week.
Winds may strengthen to 13–18 metres per second in northern and desert areas, and in parts of other regions on August 14. Blowing dust is possible in some districts.
