Uzbekistan received 7,749,308 foreign visitors for tourism purposes in January—July 2026, data from the National Statistics Committee show.
The number increased by 1.4 million, or 22.6%, compared with the same period of 2025.
Kyrgyzstan was the largest source market with 2,177,108 visitors, followed by Kazakhstan with 1,855,562 and Tajikistan with 1,728,978.
Russia accounted for 710,824 visitors, Afghanistan for 281,200 and China for 269,735.
Turkmenistan contributed 192,830 visits and Türkiye 111,908.
India, with 32,462 visitors, and the Republic of Korea, with 26,512, completed the top 10.
