Four teenagers are suspected of robbing a man they knew of $9,000 in Kokand, the Fergana regional police reported.
According to police, the attack occurred on July 12. The man was intoxicated and had known the teenagers before the incident.
Officers identified all four suspects during search operations. They recovered $700 and 780,000 Uzbek soum when the suspects were detained, and two teenagers were remanded in custody.
Police are conducting a pre-investigation inquiry into the suspects. A final legal assessment of their actions will follow the inquiry.
