Korzinka removed a batch of meat from sale after an internal review of an unloading incident in Andijan.
The review followed a video shared on social media. It showed employees unloading meat products in a way that did not meet sanitary requirements or the company’s internal standards.
The company said the products shown in the video did not reach customers. The employees responsible received disciplinary penalties and were assigned additional training.
The withdrawn batch was donated to the Najot animal shelter in Andijan.
Korzinka also began introducing additional controls to prevent similar violations from recurring.
