The Central Bank of Uzbekistan set the US dollar exchange rate for 13 August at 11,948.58 soum, official data show.
The dollar will gain 58.63 soum from the 12 August rate of 11,889.95 soum. The new rate takes effect on 13 August.
The euro will rise by 76 soum to 13,793.44 soum. The Russian rouble will gain 0.36 soum to 144.29 soum.
Sterling will climb by 118.54 soum to 16,162.84 soum. The Japanese yen will increase by 0.44 soum to 75.10 soum.
Official rates are used for accounting, statistics and mandatory settlements. Banks and exchange offices set their own cash currency buying and selling prices.
