Uzbekistan’s food-service businesses paid UZS 1 trillion in taxes in the first half of 2026.
Tax receipts totalled UZS 810 billion in the same period of 2025, meaning the amount increased by UZS 190 billion.
KFC made the largest payment among fast-food chains at UZS 52.2 billion. Evos ranked second with UZS 41.4 billion.
Oqtepa Lavash paid UZS 20 billion and Bellissimo UZS 11.7 billion. The company operating the Papa Johns and TGI Fridays franchises also entered the top ten.
Ketring, a business within Uzbekistan Airways, paid almost UZS 25 billion in taxes.
Restaurant chains Caravan Group, Shahleek and Syrovarnya were also among the sector’s 20 largest taxpayers.
