İstanbul Başakşehir drew 1-1 at home to Finland’s Inter Turku in the first leg of their UEFA Conference League second qualifying round tie, the UEFA match record shows.
Clinton Jephta put the visitors ahead in the 16th minute before Emin Bayram equalised in the 55th.
Eldor Shomurodov started for the Turkish club and was substituted in the 70th minute. Abbosbek Fayzullaev began on the bench and entered the match in the 62nd minute.
Fayzullaev registered two late attempts after coming on, with one on target and the other going wide.
The return leg will be played in Turku on 30 July, the Finnish club said. The winners will advance to the third qualifying round.
