Original Lyuks Servis committed to preparing a completion schedule for its residential complex in Sergeli district, the Tashkent city administration said.
An inspection found that the project is about 53% complete. The complex is under construction at 46a Bishkent Street in Qo‘shqo‘rg‘on mahalla.
The 13,051-square-metre land plot was leased to the developer in 2021. The company obtained its construction permit in October 2022 and the Architecture and Urban Planning Council’s conclusion on 22 September 2023, while the project documents were registered on 29 July 2024.
At a meeting in the People’s Reception Office, buyers asked about the completion date, funding sources, the company’s credit and collateral obligations, and restrictions affecting the project. Representatives of the developer, prosecutors and construction oversight bodies took part.
The company must provide deadlines for completing construction, formalising documents and handing over apartments. The schedule is to be displayed at the complex so buyers can review it.
The city administration said it is not a party to contracts between buyers and the developer. Disputes over deadlines, refunds, possible losses and other obligations are civil-law matters and may be taken to court.
The issue will be reviewed again with buyers, the company, the bank, law enforcement and relevant agencies. The meeting is expected to present the work schedule, funding sources and measures to meet obligations to residents.
