The turnover of Uzbekistan’s catering businesses reached UZS 126.8 trillion in January–June 2026.
As of 1 July, the sector comprised 29,204 businesses, including cafés, restaurants and other catering establishments.
Turnover increased by 12.1% compared with the first half of 2025.
